We are proud to be a rental boat charter that uses 100% organic and sustainable cleaning products.

Since our goal is to make it easy for you to adopt sustainable boating practices, we are welcoming all of you with a welcome package of NatureSafe Marine products that we are expecting you to use while sailing.

NatureSafe Marine cleaning products are doing wonders for our boats. To those who may not believe, if such individuals exist, we extend an invitation to join us and see for themselves. Our location is open and available!

You can also join us in cleaning the garbage from our beautiful beaches. We are inviting everyone, especially our dear clients to clear after themselves after having their best time on Croatian beaches.

~ Sorting waste while sailing ~
We would like to invite you to participate in a unique activity of waste sorting while sailing. To make the process efficient, we recommend separating dry waste, such as wood, related products, metals, and glass, from wet waste, which typically includes organic waste that has become heavy due to dampness. Additionally, we encourage separating the organic waste for proper disposal, and a more promising future. 

~ Set sails and save ~
Our recommendation is to sail more frequently instead of relying heavily on the engine. This will allow you to conserve engine usage and reduce overall fuel consumption. This, of course, is one more step towards a brighter future.

~ The thrill of swimming alongside playful dolphins ~
Make the most of your vacation by exploring the waters of Croatia and interacting with its friendly dolphin population. With a high likelihood of encountering these amazing creatures, you may even come across some that are well-known to Sail Club Croatia.
Sail Club Croatia proactively decided to adopt three dolphins: Vivi, Stripi, and Apple. 
Code of conduct while dolphin watching:
~ do not overstay your welcome
~ give them space - dolphins need privacy
~ follow parallel to their course
~ introduce yourself politely

Solar panels on sailboats offer several benefits for both our future and nature. Firstly, they are a source of renewable energy, meaning they do not deplete natural resources. Secondly, they reduce the reliance on fossil fuels, which has a positive impact on the environment. Thirdly, they can help sailboats become self-sufficient, reducing the need for external power sources.
Owning a solar panel sailboat can also be a great way to promote sustainability and raise awareness about renewable energy sources. We hope we can inspire others to adopt similar practices and contribute to a cleaner, greener future!

But we live from the sea, and it's sad that many people don't see the bigger picture and don't make the necessary changes, and a solution exists."

Maintaining Sail Club Croatia green yachts

We prioritize environmental sustainability and have taken steps to ensure our yachts are as green as possible.
Our cleaning products as said are eco-friendly and free from harmful substances like microbeads, phosphate, chlorine, and bleach.
The top priority for engines is preventing oil and fuel from contaminating the water. That is done by regularly inspecting and maintaining fuel storage containers and pipelines to prevent leaks, using oils and fuel spill containment booms, training our employees on proper spill response, using absorbent materials, and installing the stormwater management system. 
Navigating requires caution, and we kindly ask that you do the same by maintaining a slow and steady course, minimizing noise, and keeping a safe distance of 100 meters or more.
To ensure the safety of your boat, it's crucial to have legal protection before dropping the anchor.
Maintaining the boat is crucial for everyone so here are some tips to keep in mind:
~ Be cautious when applying and removing anti-foul on the hull.
~ Securing all items on the deck to prevent them from falling or being blown overboard.
~ Never throw anything overboard – even an orange peel can take up to two years to decompose in salt water.
